“Last year I promised myself that I would find a way to meet and interview Jeff Bezos,” wrote Hanson Hosein, Director of Communication Leadership, in a blog post.

Hosein hosts Four Peaks, a current affairs interview program now in its third season hosted by UWTV that explores idea generators, activists, and visionaries of the Pacific Northwest. Jeff Bezos, the CEO of Amazon, does not do many on-camera appearances, but Hosein was able to keep his promise to himself.

In addition to Bezos, Hosein interviewed CEO of Starbucks Howard Schultz, Founder of Glassybaby Lee Rhodes, former Mariners star Edgar Martinez, Founder/CEO of the Technology Access Foundation Trish Millines-Dziko, and more for a series titled “The Innovators.”

Hosein’s interview with Bezos premieres on UWTV on Tuesday, September 17 at 7 p.m., but all of them have also been made available online because “our show has never really been appointment viewing, so when we do leverage our social channels to promote it, our community can heed our call to action and just click a link to watch,” Hosein said.

“We’re justifiably proud of these episodes; we’re pleased to offer it in its entirety, right now,” he said. “We’re building our own brand on our own terms, engaging with the people that matter to us.”
