Rebecca Haines had a rare malignancy in 2004, and after a chemo pill and surgery at the University Hospital, she is now experiencing remission euphoria! She recently purchased a condominium and is speaking about her experience to a few small groups, to spread the word of hope and possibilities. She continues to work as a registered nurse at an assisted living facility part-time and swims 1/2 mile per week, which she says is "both exercise and recreation!"
