Security
- Report unusual activities.
From campus phones, the police number for emergencies is 9-911. The campus police are at 3-9331. For other lab problems, call 3-4763. - Do not connect unauthorized devices to computers or to the network.
Unexpected or unapproved connections or devices may damage our systems or expose all our networked machines to significant risks. - Do not load software.
Many software installations have unpleasant side effects and unfortunate security implications. - Report problems and broken equipment.

Community
- Please keep conversations short and quiet.
If others are having disruptive or loud discussions in the labs, you have the right to ask them to take their conversations outside the room. - Exercise personal electronics courtesy.
Please turn off the ringer on your cell phone and, upon request, only use your audio device with a headset. - Use the lab’s telephones for emergencies only.
Phone calls can disrupt classes and other activities. - Eat responsibly.
You may eat and drink in the lab so long as you are careful. - Clean up your mess.
A clean lab benefits everyone. - Turn off your monitor.
