2011 Olympia Reporting Interns
Seven University of Washington students worked as full-time reporters during the 2011 Washington State Legislative Session. The annual internship program partners qualified students with media outlets around the region during winter quarter.

2011 Foreign Intrigue Interns
The Journalism Foreign Intrigue Scholarship was established by a UW Journalism alum, and provides financial support for a journalism student to work as an intern reporter at a foreign newspaper and to travel after the internship.
