These funds will go directly toward supporting transformational learning opportunities for our students, such as Andrew Doughman, Damon Di Cicco, and David Krueger.

Wallie Funk was a longtime influential newspaper publisher in Washington state. Now he is a member of the Department’s Alumni Hall of Fame and an ambassador for keeping our Olympia Legislative Reporting internship thriving and sustainable.
