The evening degree major consists of 50 credits, including one prerequisite (201 or 202) and 10 credits at the 400 level. Evening degree students may apply to the major when they have completed at least 10 UW credits (included in this may be Distance Learning credits), 5 of which are COM credits. Minimum cumulative gpa for consideration for the major is 2.5. One COM prerequisite (201 or 202) must be completed at some point before graduating with a major in Communication. The major consists of 50 total COM credits, 10 of which must be at the 400 level.
